Craft Fair!

On October 8th, I participated in my very first craft fair. It was a small fair held at the high school Ian and I graduated from. It was such a fun day, and we were able to raise $350 for our adoption.


I am thankful for my husband who designed a logo/sign for my booth as well as packaging for the products.


I am thankful for sweet, creative friends who came early in the morning to help me set up the booth. I loved it so much and it would not have looked attractive had I been left on my own. ;)


I am thankful for my friend Kendra from Sugarplum Boutique, who generously allowed us to benefit from the sales of her beautiful bows, headbands, and hats at the fair. And for my friend Jen, who donated several onesies and pillowcase dresses for our adoption fundraising efforts.


I am thankful for all the friends, family members, and other guests who supported the booth and brought us a little closer to bringing our child home.

I have fall and winter scented play dough available. My kids love it (and they do not eat it just because it smells yummy).


Fall scents include: Cinnamon Cider, Pumpkin Patch, and Gramma's Pie
Winter scents include: Gingerbread, O 'Tannenbaum, and Candy Cane
Price: $3.00/play dough or a set of 3 for $8.00


I also have several felt flower clips available.


Ian designed the pattern using popular flowers from China.


They are made from a wool blend felt and are handstitched.
Price: 1 for $6.00 or 2 for $10.00
