Calla is doing well. She cried when she came out and fought the tube they had to put down her to get medicine to her lungs. She's long and skinny. Julie is recovering well. We should get to go back and see her soon.
Thank you for your prayers. Our little girl can still use them.

God bless you guys! We have a few mutual friends, and so we've had the privilege of praying for you, also, this week! Calla is beautiful, and I'm so happy you wrote that she "fought the tube"....that sweet little scrapper. :-) Almost 26 years ago, our son, Seth, did the same thing. He was not quite 29 weeks along, and weighed in a little over 2 lbs. Cried loudly and fought the dr., even pulling his stethoscope out of his ears. Seth is 6'2" and is a graphic designer in SanDiego now. Love in Christ to you!

congrats on your new blessing! we've been praying! calvin and fallyn prayed on their own, too :) it was really sweet....they didn't quite "get" what i was telling them but they each stopped what they were doing and prayed that julie would not be sick :) love you guys!
p.s. we're really close by so don't hesitate to call and tell me to bring up food or something for ian so he doesn't have to leave to go through a drive-through, or if you need a sitter for ori...
